Laser Cladding Technology Features

 

1. Laser cladding can be precisely controlled, and the composition and properties of the cladding layer mainly depend on the composition of the cladding material;

Hydraulic cladding after laser cladding

1.Domestic ordinary pillars are surface-plated to achieve anti-rust and anti-corrosion. Because the wear resistance of the plating layer is poor, its life is 1-1.5 years.
2.After the laser cladding process is adopted, the stainless steel coating is much higher than the corrosion resistance of the chromium plating layer and fully meets the wear resistance required by the work.
