HZS35 concrete batching plant adopts advanced automation control system, group in the integrated with simulation technology intelligent control, automatic and manual control. Concrete batching plant /station’s production process and production situation can be observed and statistically. It can be connected to detect sand’s water content and control concrete slump. This plant can make temperature active compensation online, so as to achieve the goal for adding sand and reduce water. It can also provide remote communication interface and transfer every workstation’s data to the office to read production process information all the time, it’s convenient for management.

2. HZS35 plant’s mixing host and aggregate’s feeding is used in JS500 type double horizontal shaft concrete mixer with good mixing quality and high efficiency;

3. Aggregate batching adopts in PLD1200 model batching machine with accurate measurement and high efficiency;

4. Powder, water and additive all adopt  electronic scale measuring, it has high accuracy of batching;
