1 Widely Used:   centrifugal sand pump is suitable for conveying liquid with solid particles of gravel,sand,cinders, tailings, etc. It’s mainly used in river/ mine dredging,

1,The pump body adopts a two-layer metal structure with an inner layer and an outer layer; the pump shell is vertically opened in the middle; and the water outlets are rotationally installed at 45 degree intervals.

2,The proper shaft seal can be selected such as auxiliary impeller shaft seal, packing shaft seal and mechanical seal according to different working conditions.

3,The pump adopts closed impeller, so the pump has good wear resistance and high pump efficiency.

4,The pump can convey mixture containing few big particles through adjusting the blade number and the impeller diameter.

                    Service conditions

1. Power supply: The power source is 50Hz/380V three-phase alternating-current supply, and the capacity of the substation transformator is two to three times of the rated capacity of the motor.

2. Temperature of the medium: The temperature of the medium cannot exceed 60Celsius, and the medium does not contain inflammable or explosive gases.

3. Max weight density of the solid particle: The maximum weight concentration of the solid particles in the medium: the maximum weight concentration of the ash is 45% and the maximum weight concentration of the slag is 60%.
