Safety:

Since the quality of welding will have a direct impact on safety and service life. Therefore, we use automatic welding machine, which will not only guarantee the quality of welding but also greatly improve working efficiency.

1. We using auto welding machine to make the reactor, which can guarantee the quality of welding seam, avoid cracking and has a long life for about 8 years.

2. Vacuum system is to prevent oil gas getting back to reactor and causing accident.

3. Professional thermometer, professional pressure gauge and safety valve keep the machinery from accident.

Longer life:

Use of Q345R special steel plate, this kind material is high temperature resistant and high pressure resistant, and its melting point can reach to 1000 degree Celsius, and has greater scalability. The thickness of heating part in reactor is 14mm or 16mm, the rest places are 12mm, welding seam is with auto welding.

The feeder and oil output are in concentric circles, so the accuracy is higher, vibration amplitude reduced, fault less, life longer. Moreover, the gear is far from the fire channel, not easy to be out of shape and you can use for a very long time, once damaged, easy to repair.

So the life of the whole set will last for 8 years
