 1) Overview of machine

The 6th generation new-design waste tire and plastic recycling machine includes: The auto feeder machine, main reactor, double catalytic chamber, horizontal heat exchange , oil-water separator, heavy & light oil tank, horizontal condensers, vertical condersers, vacuum system, anti-back fire device, dust removing device, auto-slagging device, carbon black conveyor & elevator and other attachments. Among these, the reactor and condensers are the most two important parts of the machine.

1. Reactor

The reactor decides the whole machine’s service life. In the refining industry, when heating the reactor by fuel ,the heating temperature can be up to 450—500 degree centigrade inside the reactor. Our 6th generation machines use the Q345R boiler steel plate as material, it stresses on the high temperature and high pressure resistant, and its melting point can reach to 1000 degree centigrade,which can assure 6—8 year’s lives and it conform to the national standard.

Meanwhile, all machine parts are welded with auto-welding machine, pressure parts will be 100% X-ray decetion, heat treatment and hydrapress measurement, safety assurance.

2. Condensers

Condensers decide the oil output rate and oil quality, according the experiences in this industry, the larger cooling area, the higher oil output rates and quality you can get.  We have 2 horizontal condensers and two vertical condensers. Our condensers have inside 69 cooling pipes for each one, its diameter is 42mm, length is 4500mm, so the total cooling area up to 128 square meters, which assures you get higher oil rate and higher quality tire oil.

4 condensers are done hydrapress measurement, make sure their welding seam no waterx and oil steam leakage during process.

2) Main features

Safety

1. Professional auto-sealing technology for cover, oil outlet.

2. Heavy oil is separated which can avoid the problems of jam in later condensing.

3. Negative pressure deive will remove water steam during heating waste platics and tires, reduce and form negative pressure, more safe during operation.

4. Alarm, safety valves, thermometer, pressure gauge and safety valve.

5. It is dangerous to burning exhaust gas (C1 to C4). Our anti-back fire device can recovery them automatically, it will prevent exhaust gas from going back to reactor and causing accidents. Then connect professional burning air muzzle, return them to furnace as fuel to heat reactor, no pollution and save energy.

 Environment friendly

Water includes two parts: 

First, condensing water, it can be recycled,water release is that pour into, no pollution, only a little high temperature. 

Second, dust removing water, it must be polluted water, but it also can be recycling, just pour into no discharge. .

Gas includes two parts: 

First, exhaust, our equipments have advanced exhaust gas recovery system; we can recycling and reuse it. 

Second, smoke dust, it is generated from burning coal or exhaust, after the treatment of dust removing device, it can meet the emission standards of national requirements.

 Long service life

1. Material: Q345R special steel plate, thickness 16mm.

2. The service life of the reactor will be 6~8 years

  Energy saving

1. Well sealing for heating system, no gas leak and saving fuel.

2. The exhaust gas will be recycled for reactor heating.
