Flake ice is a kind of irregular squamous ice ,ranging from 1.5~3mm wide.Temperature of flake ice may reach -8 °C below,good for storage and transport.It is dry and loose and can be directly used to cool and stir cooled objects.Large contact area with fresh goods,rapid cooling speed.Flake ice has no sharp edges so it can't damage the surface of cold preservation.
