2. Applications of refractory silicon nitride plate

1. Refractory silicon nitride plate, its main main material are silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide, metal silicon are used as the main raw material, according to different requirements of manufacturers can be produced various shapes of the adobe, after drying, in the nitrating furnace with high purity nitrogen reaction sintered.

2.  Refractory Silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide products have high temperature, high strength, volume stability and good thermal conductivity, acid, alkali and a variety of molten metal erosion ability and so on.

4. Manufacture process of Refractory silicon nitride plate:

a.) Choose metal silicon as raw material, add additives, then mix.

b.) Put the mixture into the mold, then make embryoid by machine pressing.  

c.) Be reaction sintered by nitrogen protection in electric furnace. 

 5. Packing details of refractory silicon nitride plate

a.) The finished silicon refractory bricks are packed in wooden cases, and the wooden cases are tied up by 6 steel belts, then the wooden cases are put on fumigation wooden pallet.

b.) We also pack products as custom request.
