6. Heat treatment: Normalized,Quencher& Temper
7. Surface treatment: Coating choice of black or clear varnish exists for coating of the OCTG material.This coating is a solvent deposited non toxic phenolic PVB that provides atmospheric resistance to oxidation for a period of 6 to 12 months.
8. Processing method: Marking Identification marking is applied to every pipe by means of paint stenciling along the length of the pipe and is in full accordance with Appendix D of API 5CT.Color band marking is applied in accordance with said specification.Additional information pertaining to the bundle is printed on a weatherproof plastic label that is attached to the bundle.
9. Test: Chemical Component Analysis,Mechanical Properties(Ultimate tensile strength,Yield strength,Elongation),Technical Properties (Flattening Test,Flaring Test,Bending Test,Hardness Test, Blow Test,Impact Test etc),Exterior Size Inspection,Nondestructive Test(Ultrasonic flaw detector, Eddy current flaw detector),Hydrostatic Test(The standard pressure is limited to 20,7MPa (3000psi)), Electro-magnetic inspection to SR1 is carried out on all line pipes.
10. Mill Test Certificate: EN 10204/3.1B
