1-Brief Introduction
1) It is used for blowing plastic film like low density polyethylene(LDPE),high density polyethylene(HDPE)and linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE )which are widely used for packing industrial products, garments and food and for covering farmland.
2) The cylinders and the screw are made of high-quality alloy steel with optimum hardness and strong corrosion resistance after precision finishing and nitrogen treatment.
3) The machine is equipped with a platform for making operation easy.
4) The coiling unit adopts torque motor to keep proper tension and make rolling even and roll-changing easy.

4-Delivery time:20-30 days after deposit.
5-Payment:
T/T in advance. That means, 30% advance before production and 70% balance should be paid before shipment.
Delivery port: Ningbo or Shanghai port
6-Installation:
As requested by the buyer, we will send off one engineer for installation and training for the customer. The customer should pay all the expenditure like visa, round tickets, food and accommodation etc. The buyer also needs to pay salary to our engineer USD80/day
7-Guarantee and service:
One year guarantee except for the spare parts. During this year, if any parts broken naturally, not by man-made sabotage, we will change the parts in free but the buyer has to send back the broken parts back to us .We will supply lifelong technology service to solve any problems for you.
