Detailed description of ice block machine mainframe unit accessories:

1. Compressor stop valve: stop gas from flowing out from compressor.

2. Compressor coil: inside is coil, outside shell is for protection and good look.

3. Special joint: this joint is strong for avoiding gas leakage.

4. Silica gel: to reduce vibration of compressor

5. Handbrake valve: for maintenance convenience. When compressor needs repairing, stop this valve, then only gas in compressor will leak out.

6. Solenoid valve: when compressor starts, the valve will be open; when compressor stops, it will stop.

7. Filter-drier: can replace filter element to make it recycly used.

8. Red pipe: we paint the pipe red to remind operator that inside is hot gas, better no touch.

9. Blue pipe: we paint the pipe blue to remind operator that inside is normal liquid, touchable.

10. High and low pressure protection & oil protection: when gas pressure is too high or too low or the compressor is in shortage of oil, compressor will stop working.

1. Block ice machine completely structure: main frame, water tank and cooling tower. Everything of the machine is well prepared andyou just need to connect the electricity and water pipes. So, even if you are not a electrical technician and refrigeration technician, you can easily operate the machine.

2. Block ice machine daily capacity: from 1 ton to 100 tons per day. If you need larger machines over 20 tons, we have to do water tank in your place as the water is so long that it can not flow averagely in the tank.
