Instructions:

This machine can heat transfer colorful pictures and characters of sublimation and 

solvent printing ink onto textiles which are made of cotton, flax, chemical fiber, nylon, wooden, ceramics, glasses and metal and so on. 

The machine also can conduct some heat-treatments such as hair-planting print, vesicant print and conglutination of cloth lining and cloth under low

 temperature and low pressure, such as the conglutination of children clothes, caps and shoes, Also the machines can be used to smooth

 and sharp in small amount of caps, handkerchiefs and other commodities. 

Read before operating :

1. Be sure to operate with safe ground wire !!!

2. Check the voltage before using it . Turn off the machine and cut off the power supply .

3. When using the machine, please don’t heat the machine without operating it for long time. When finish transfer press, please turn off the machine.

4. When heating the machine, don’t touch the up heat plate in case of scald.

5. Be care of the handle when open in case of hurt.

6. When press the handle, if you feel the pressure is too much and hard to press it , please adjust the using pressure by hand.

7. Keep children away from the machine.

8. Never transfer press other things not suitable the machine with the heat plate. 

Operation Procedures:

1. Plug in , turn on the power switch ,the power indicator lighting .

2. Adjust the “time and temperature controller” to set the right time and temperature needed for heat transfer print (Normally 248F-392F/ 120°C-220°C).

3. SET the time & temperature-controller:

Temperature set: Press the left “SET” bottom , “SETTEM” on , the left show the temperature value.  Press  and  to set the temperature to which you need, 

from 120°C to 220°C. It takes about 3~10 minutes to rise the temperature from room temperature to 200°C.Different working size, different time need.

Time set: press right “SET” bottom , “SETTEM” on , Press up  and down to set the time you need. 

4. Adjust the “Working pressure adjuster” to set the right working pressure. 

5. Place the material on the down board, cover the printing paper, (please note the right surface of the paper), 

when the temperature ready, press the handle down. (Please note the pressure should be no more than 30KG in case the handle will be distorted).

6. When the temperature reach setting temperature, transfer printing can be started.

7. When process finish, turn off the machine, cut off the power supply.

Maintenance:

1. If the top heat plate can’t open or close ?

Please Knob Counter-clockwise the “eccentricity pressure adjuster”  and the “using pressure adjuster” together until it can open or close.

If you still can’t solve the problem, please check that if the electric magnet works or not with a iron. If it doesn’t work please check the circuit or contact us.

2. If the printed color not equality or the adhesion not good? 

Firstly please check the setting of temperature and the time, increase the pressure 

3. If you are using cold-ripping transfer paper, please use blackboard wiper to rub against the whole transfer paper, wait for 5-10secs, then rip off the transfer paper. If the hot-ripping transfer paper, please rip off immediately after printing. 

Please note successful print requires right time and temperature and pressure, the thickness and material, even the type of transfer paper and inks.
