• Structure of the slider

The slider adopts moving up bending design, with low-noise and stable working conditions.

Mechanical, electrical and liquid compounding transmission structure makes slider to run more smoothly.

Y-axis adopts digital AC servo motor to drive and control.

Lower dead point has dwell time. It is adjustable to ensure the precision of different parts.

It uses universal upper mold mounting surface and fast clip.

• Hydraulic system

The hydraulic system is reliable  and stability.

Cylinder seals are joint ventures or imported parts, with good quality and good sealing.  

The hydraulic system has overload overflow safety protection.

Oil level displays clear and intuitive.

• Backgauge system

The machine is suitable for the production of multi-channel bends, high-precision parts.

Backgauge speed is currently the fastest, and with highest positioning accuracy.

Backgauge has giving way control function.

Backgauge X-axis adopts ball screw driving, linear guiding, and digital AC servo motor driving.

Bachgauge R-axis adopts digital AC servo motor drive control.

Bachgauge Z-axis is used to move the finger stop of dial.

With unique block substructure, it can expand the scope of the block material.

•  Electrical system 

 Electrical components adopt foreign imported or joint venture, in line with international standards to keep safe and reliable. It has long life and strong anti-interference ability. The control cabinet has cooling devices.

With movable foot switch, it is very easy for operation.

• Standard mold 

Upper mold clamping means: benting 90 degrees on standard mode and fast folder.

Lower die and fixed means: wide work surface connects configuration standard V lower die.
