SPECIFICATIONS

1.    The machine can produce air filtration bags with punched hole with the neat cutting and strong conglutination.
2.    The device has 10 group of raw material loading devices, mechanical tension device, manual correction device and quick feeding wrench in the rear .
3.    The machine adopts automatic balance conveying system, inserted edge folding forming system. It has a set of inserted edge folding forming mould, the size can be designed according client’s request. After forming, it has two compression rollers in order to finalize the design.
4.    The machine adopts the folding forming device designed in ours and it’s running stability and easy adjustment.
5.    The size of bag can be designed according to client’s request, it can be easy controlled in microcomputer control panel.
6.    The machine adopts ultrasonic forming. All the delivery guide rollers are alumina rollers. The machine adopts synchronous tension control system to control the tightness of the nonwoven fabric.
7.    All moulds of the machine are made of characteristics of high speed steel.  All of the indentation of pattern adopts special technology computer carving processing ( pattern can be customized according to customer demand ).
8.   The main motor adopts changing controlling.
