♦ The details of Integral Heavy Weight Drill Pipe as follows,
1. Material: AISI 4145H Alloy steel, Non magnetic steel, etc.
2. Use: It is mainly used between dill collar and dill pipe to ease transition stress concentration and reduce the rate between contact area and outer wall wear, which can effectively prevent the pressure sticking.
3. Standard: API Spec 7-1 or SY/T 5146 Standard.
4. Inspection&Test: When producing, traceability are maintained from the receipt of raw material to completion of final products, and serial numbers are die-stamped on each workpiece body. During each manufacturing process, inspection and test are performed.
