1.      Grading machine

Components

Hoppers, chassis, small size belt conveyor, aggregate belt conveyor, motors and base plate

Function

The function of the grading machine is proportioned for raw materials.

2.      Belt conveyor

Components

Chassis, main roller and passive roller

Function

The function is transferred the mixture into dryer drum continuously and uniformly. The degree of tightness and excursion can be adjusted by tension device and prevent slant gear roller.

3.      Dryer drum:

the dryer body should be supported by four fiction gears (should be positioned by gear wheel),the guide plate ,lifting blade and shoveling plant are equipped in the dryer drum, the base plate chassis motors and smoke box elevator are consisted of the outside shape. It adopts the drive mechanism to the friction by two groups motors, and heating the mixture uniformly. This mixing assembly adopts slanting type single plate chain for lifting.

4.      Asphalt supplying system

Components:

Bitumen tank, heating device, bitumen pump, steam boiler, thermo detector and transmission pipeline,

Function

The function is providing the suitable temperature of bitumen for the mixture in the mixer.

5.      Coal burning system

Components:

Coal pulverizer, furnace hearth combustor, air blower, oil pipeline, coal conveying system.

Function:

The function of coal burning system is providing the heating resource for dryer drum. Coal powder lot volume should be adjusted by the temperature, which showed in the instrument. The volume of the air provided should be controlled by the hand shank.

6.      Deducting system

Type:

Cyclone dust removal and water film cyclone.

Components:

Air hose, air blower, water pump, dust collector.

Function:

Increasing the differential pressure of the dryer drum, provide the high temperature air flow exchanged, to achieve the high temperature quickly. And reduce the off gas and dust discharge for the environmental friendly.

7.      Elevator:

Components:

Chassis shell, lifting plate chain, chain wheel, and motor reducer

Function:

Lift the mixture to the certain height level, easy to discharge.
