What is Hydrogen Water

In recent years, there is much talk on hydrogen water; what it is and more importantly how it can benefit us – health wise. Since water is the single most important substance for life on this planet, we depend on water to stay alive. Water is the dominant force behind all living things and therefore is essential to a healthy living. Even the human body is made up of 70 per cent of water.
