Xue Xiangyuan, director of Shanghai Xinghua Medical Care Apparatus Factory, accepted a Vietnamese merchant who urgently demanded for a cassava-processing equipment which was valued for 6 million yuan.

 

Vietnamese enterprises asked Zhu Yuguan, diretor of Jinshan Vehicle Accessories Factory affiliated to Shanghai Ganxiang Vehicle Mirror Group, for import of welding production line for vehicle vent-pipe.

 

Chen Yuming, general manager of Shanghai Wanqiang Goup, negotiated with a Vietnamese partner integrated with real estate and construction decoration for agent and cooperation. They would jointly build a corporation and tap the Vietnamese market

 

Shanghai Maike Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd intended to jointly set up factory with local enterprises in Vietnam. One local company, dealing in cultural articles, was recommended by VCCI to Maike. By negotiating, Chinese partner would invest integrated production line for pen and other technology and Vietnamese partner would provide plant and circulating fund. They would produce 43.2 million pencils in the first year. Chinese partner would be in charge of technology and management and Vietnamese one, dealing and sale
