We offer Crude Palm Oil with terms and conditions as follows:
High Quality Crude Palm Oil delivery as per PORAM specs.
MONTHLY DELIVERY: 10, 000 MT to 300, 000 MT / Month X 12 ~ 60 Mths
DELIVERY TERMS: FOB Malaysia Ports or CIF ASWP
DELIVERY: SGS OR International Recognized Surveyor at loading ports.
On site inspection allowed.
Document Procedure:
1. Buyer provide fresh and up to date LOI, ICPO, BCL (With 2 signatures
From the banking officers) or BG
2. Requests for upfront SGS, Bill of Lading, FCOs or POPs will not be entertained. Documents
Will be provided during contract signing at Seller's location or any Legal Firm in Malaysia or
Indonesia.
3. Advise to Foreign 1st timer Buyer, pls appoint your own lawyer from any Malaysia / Indonesia
Legal Firm to fulfill the overall CPO contract with CPO sellers / mandates.
4. Request for High Commissions will not be entertained.
5. Payment term is by Irrevocable Transferable & Revolving Confirmed L/ C, Bank Guarantee or
SBLC for 12 month period from top 25 world bank.
6. We can supply: Min. 10, 000 MT ~ 300, 000 MT / month. FOB & CIF.
7. Unrealistic target price will not be entertained.
We are professional traders and Genuine Buyers know the CPO market prices.
