Our manufacturing facilities were established in 2003, since then we have been focused on fabricating scaffolding that meet with market expectations. During the time, we have built a wide range of product lines including Kwikstage scaffolding, Ringlock scaffolding, Cuplock scaffolding, base jacks, steel planks etc., and we have expanded from a manufacturing company to a manufacturing and trading organization in order to better serve our clients with a wider range of products in the industry.Other materials we supply include temporary fencing, debris netting, scaffold shrink wrapping film, plastic brick guard etc.
During production, a careful selection of material is carried out. Our raw material steel pipes are only from reputable big mills with precise dimensions and highest strength in order to create best performance. To better control the quality, we now build up own steel pipe production line.
Our production is highly automated, which makes our products even more reliable. We are equipped with auto welding machines for main scaffolding parts and components, auto steel plank production lines, auto painting line, hot-dipped galvanization line, sand blasting line etc. This automated type of work minimizes the human element in the scaffolding production process, which in turn reduces the likelihood of rejects.
We conduct in-house examination and testing for every batch of materials, our products have been certified to relevant international standards including AS/NZS, ANSI SSFI, EN etc.
