Fuwei Films (Shandong) Co., Ltd. is a professional supplier that develops, manufactures and distributes high-quality BOPET plastic film using the bi-axially- oriented stretching technique, otherwise known as BOPET film. The film under the brand name of “Fuwei FilmsTM” is light-weight, non-toxic, odorless, high transparent, glossy, high temperature resistant, resistant to moisture etc., and has good insulation, which is widely used in consumer products packaging (such as food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, tobacco and alcohol packaging), image(such as printing plates and microfilms), electronics and electrical industries (such as wire and cable wrap, capacitors and the insulation of motor), magnetic medium (such as video tapes), optical film (such as LCD TV, Laptops, smart phones) and solar back sheet.

he company owns and operates three state-of-the-art lines and one trail line with a thickness range of between 6 to 250μm. The first line is from BRUCKNER in GERMANY, which is 6300mm-width with designated annual capacity of 13,000 metric tons; the second line is from DMT in France, which is 3 layers co-extrusion line with 6700mm-width and annual capacity of 16,100 metric tons. The trail production line with annual capacity of 1,500 metric tons is manufactured by MITSUBISHI, Japan. The third line is a special industrial use polyester film line with the designated capacity of 23000 tons and a thickness range of 38 ~ 250um. The main production equipment is from Dornier in Germany, supported by the German Kampf slitting machine, and coating machine from South Korea Welltech, which could meet the requirement of manufacturing functional film such as optical polyester film, diffusion film, PET film for photovoltaics and etc..
