We attract a professional team of over 20 talented designers and more than 50 engineering and technical professionals engaging in port handling system R&D and manufacturing service. The main products of port handling conveyor equipment and service involve belt conveyors unit, stackers, conveyor rollers, roller frames and pulleys, installation and maintenance of gantry cranes or something alike. New Building Materials Processing
We have introduced many advanced equipment, like NIPPON color-coated line from Japan, HENNECKE sandwich panel line from Germany, SALVAGNINI sheet metal processing line from Italy. The main products ,whose range consists of color-coated coil/sheet of household appliances that can reach an annual output over 100,000 tons , rock wool sandwich panels and polyurethane sandwich panels approved by American FM and relevant Australian Standard Test for hurricane that can be produced 3,000,000 ㎡ each year , are mostly used in household appliances industry, cold chain storage, special refrigerated vehicles, pharmaceuticals, food processing, breeding bases, environmental protection and constant temperature insulation and humidity engineering projects, along with engineering camps, affordable housing, vacation housing as well as other integrated housing areas, and have already entered Southeast Asian and European markets successfully.
Steel Structure Producing and Assembling
The company, whose structure industrial park is 350,000㎡ and annual production reaches up to100,000 tons, possesses modern steel processing equipment and production line, leading it a competitive role in markets of equipment steel structure, public infrastructure, bridge steel structure and space steel structure with the accumulated achievements on industrial buildings of over 2,000,000 ㎡, including the modern plant of Korean Hyundai Group in China Rizhao, Yantai and Yancheng, bridge steel structure processing and construction works in Tanzania.
Ship and Marine Equipment Construction and Maintenance
Approved by CCS, ABS, BV, GL and other classification society ship construction certification qualifications, with more than 200 professional and technical staffs, Rizhao Port Shipbuilding & Machinery Industry Co., Ltd acts as the marine fishery equipment R&D and manufacturing base of “Ocean Granary” project in Shandong Province. It has successfully undertaken to build and reconstruct more than 200 ships of various types, including offshore platform service vessels, oil spill disposal vessels, large dredgers, product oil tankers, bulk carriers, floating docks, fishery administration vessels, various tugboats and offshore platform engineering vessels, etc., maintained and transformed many kinds of ships such as ocean scientific research vessels, dredgers, marine surveillance ships, hovercrafts, deck barges, floating cranes, port tugs and so on. The company has independently developed and manufactured the first flat-level dredging dual-purpose vessel and the largest aquaculture farmer ship so far nationwide.
