Liaoning Tenghua Plastic Co.,Ltd (hereinafter called Tenghua or the company) was established in 1993 located in Liaoyang city, Shenyang Province. There are more than 3800 employees. With building area of 160,000 square meters and annual output 1.4billion plastic woven bags, Tenghua is the largest manufacturer of plastic woven bag in Asia and the important production base in the plastics woven bag field in China.
The company has 54 drawing production lines of first-class technical level, 1600 sets of circular loom including small six-shuttle, small eight-shuttle, super eight-shuttle, super ten-shuttle circular looms; 13 sets of 1300 series domestic advanced production lines for paper-plastics compound sacks,11 plastic extruding and film laminating units, one set of tarpaulin equipment, 2 production line of BOPP Photogravure Color Film Press,7 sets of printing machine,24 sets of Automatic Cutting & Sewing Machine for PP Woven Sack,11 sets of automatic thermo adhesive sealing machines and automatic plastic woven bag piece sewing machines. There are several of precision testing equipments such as Fabric Strength Tester, Melt flow speed indicator, Ultraviolet accelerated weatherometer, drying oven, dart dro impact testing machine, thickness gauge, metal testing instrument, etc in the company.
With polypropylene (PE), polyethylene (PP) as main raw materials, our company produces composite woven bags and different specifications of plastic woven bag by extrusion, drawing, circular weaving, laminating, printing and sewing. We can produce composite packaging bag in the type of three-in-one, two-in-one, plastic woven bag, FIBC, anti-aging bag, large tarpaulin, etc. Our produces are widely used in the product packaging of cereal grains, food, chemical, fertilizer, feed, cement, raw mineral materials.
