Reactor:
1. Q345R boiler plate. Thickness: 14mm---16mm
2. We use auto-welding technology for the main reactor. The thickness of weld seam: 21mm, so that the welding is of very good quality
Safety System:
One water sealing tank to stop the fire coming back to the oil tank; Three temperature meters and three safety valves on the reactor door, the oil separator tank, the water sealing tank. One central control cabinet give alarms when temperature or pressure has something wrong. If nobody releases the gas for long time after the alarm, the safety valve will release itself to make sure of the safety
Whole Plant Land Required:
One set of pyrolysis machine itself needs about 300 square meters land.
Warranty and Machine Life:
We guarantee the complete machine one year since installation. If during the first year, there is any problem caused by the machine quality, we take responsibility. And we guarantee the reactor life more than 4 years, others parts no need to change. We provide the whole life maintenance for the machine
