Technical features:

The colloid, bitumen and other compound in oil are also removed while harmful gas and the filtration and the vacuum dewatering function of waste gas cleaner remove water content. Thus, the oil is cleaned and the effective constituent of oil is retained.
2.High precision stainless steel net is used, which is anti-corrosive, high temperature resistant and has a good mechanical strength and long lifetime. It is easy-to-use, and utilizes the economical pressure filter as filter medium.

2. Waste liquid - Faintly acid waste water will be produced in the process of treatment of oil products, after neutralization by adding faintly alkaline liquor, the neutral waste water shall be harmless to three- grade filtration and can be discharged into special evaporation processor to vapor.
2. Exhaust gas - By the means of full combustion in water seal and gas burner, the pollution of exhaust gas shall be eliminated and a large amount of fuel shall be saved. Also dust collector will be used to discharge the smoke and dust, and the discharge of the smoke and dust meets the related standards in 2001.
3. Waste solid - the solid left is carbon black, no solid waste left.
Installation
Due to its steel frame structure, its installation is very convenient and swift. All you need is to put every system in the designated location according to the direction of the technician, firmly fix them and connect them by pipes. Then you can try this plant.
