Working principle
Concrete mixing truck is composed of motor-vehicle chassis and transportation isolated plant. Concrete mixing truck’s chassis of our country are often used the YAT general chassis which produced by vehicle manufacturer. The dedicated organization mainly include power takeoff, mixing drum’s holder, reduction gear, hydraulic system, mixing drum, control mechanism, cleaning system and so on.
1. Hydraulic system: taking out power through the power takeoff, transform power to hydraulic energy (displacement and pressure), and export mechanical energy through motor (rotate speed and torque), then provide power for mixing drum.
2. Reduction gear: reduce the rotate speed which export by hydraulic system’s motor and send to mixing drum.
3. control mechanism: control mixing drum’s direction of rotation, corotation is feeding, inversion is discharging; control mixing drum’s rotate speed.
4.Mixing system: composed of mixing drum and auxiliary part.
5. Cleaning system: the main function is cleaning the mixing drum, also is used in mixing drier in transit, and it is always cooling hydraulic system.
