Rare earth added AAC or ACSR are suitable for Moist Coastal Areas due to their good property of conductivity, anti-corrosion and acid resistance.
The Anti-corrosion type of ACSR (ACSR with grease) is designed for customers with special demand. There are 4 types of grease coating, and the coating weight will be 2%-5% of the cable weight.
Aluminum Clad Steel reinforced (ACACSR) due to its better conductivity, is widely used in the high voltage electricity transmission lines too.
