The machine can pyrolysis tyre and plastic and then come out 50% furnace oil , 20%carbon black, 10% steel , 20% waste gas which can be burned as the fuel to heat the machine
1he machine need electricity 16KW/hour , one ton tyre need 60kg coal . It need 600square meter land , and including 300 square meter is for the machibe itself , and 300 square is fr storing the materials, the birrger area , the better .
2 we have 2 cooling system ,one is horizontal cooling system , the oil gas is cooled in the coiled pie and then go to the oil tank
3 Another one is vertical cooling system, the oil gas is cooled in the condenser ,
Usually we suggest customer choose teh horizontal coooling system , the oil gas can be can be cooled enough , have a higher oil yield rate
we are free of installation , and train yur labor , debugging ,and make sure yur machine can run normally , U just need pay our engineer accomodation , food , air plane ticket we give u the fouundation drawings and the catalyst formula after sign the contract..
