Application and function:
Bucket elevators operate as vertical conveyance means with centrifugal discharge of buckets. They are used for conveyance of grain and similar fine and dry materials in vertical upword direction. They are not suitable for materials characterised by adhesion, bingding or corrosive effects on metal machine parts. Conveyed material comes through an inlet extender into buckets or it is scooped from the elevator foot by them and carried up by means of a bucket conveyer belt where it is thrown out into an outlet hopper. Features:

3, Efficiently avoid the accumulation of products and minimize the breakage of grain. The bucket elevator can operate continually under full load condition and can start smoothly under bucket full. And 1/3 boot full condition.
4, The head and boot sections of the machine are completely dismountable and are fitted with replaceable wear resistant buffer plates. The inspection doors are equipped with on both sides of the head and boot sections.
5, The belts to be at least three layers of rubber with nylon but depend on capacity and height of elevator.
6, The casings are of flanged connection with the rubber gaskets, and have the exact dimensional accuracy and precision of fit of flange connections.
