San Miguel Yamamura Woven Products Sdn. Bhd. is a subsidiary of San Miguel Yamamura Packaging Corporation (SMYPC). SMYPC is a joint venture between San Miguel Corporation (SMC), Southeast Asia largest food, beverage and packaging company based in the Philippines and Nihon Yamamura Glass Company, Ltd. (NYG) of Japan.
