Textile Machine Terry Towel Weaving Machine
Electroical system used the digital form to control the fuzzing height in order to set the height for each weft which may achieve the standardization and digitalization of fuzzing height control.
Wave weft, sawtooth weft, high-low weft, stereoscopic weft and 3~7 napweft can be changed unlimited.
Humanbased system control and easy to oprate. Especially, the distance between first and second weft can be designed.

3. Powerful electrical control system can resolve each kinds of deficiencies arising from old type machinical fuzzing by eigital program control successfully. It has superior rerformance.
4. It can solve the problem of inching and high-low weft. It shall not be afraid of speed incing.
5. Operator can adjust the weft height directly by push the button.

6. Use the CNC full bearing electric cam to fuzzing. Wear-resisting and durable.
7. It can set the weaving pieces. When it reaches to the setting pieces, it will be stopped automatically. It has the function of count and fix the length.
8. Large LCD screen and entirely in English interface. The name of files can use the English name. It has the function to display the speed.
9. Use U-disk to transfer the files. You can transfer enormous files at a time.
10. Electric circuit uses standard modular design. Luminotron displays the working condition. Easy to maintenance and low cost.
11. It has the function of automatic swelling fore rising of wool yarn to meet the demand of weaving. Variable frequency electric let off.
12. Opening, let off and linkage weft insertion. It's no need to align fluff by hand. Effect is the same as the normal weaving (Commonly caolled as automatic machine) to make sure the quality of towel.
13. Have the fixing wet stop function, automatic stop om the second weft (Special requirements can be set freely). Main motor intelligence core's time delay can automatic be sropped and power saving functions.
14. It can be matched with big jacquard head.
15. It can be equipped with stop weft mechanism of ground weft and nap weft.
