PTFE sheet ( F4 sheet, Teflon SHEET) has two types: PTFE Moulded sheet and PTFE skived sheet.
Moulded sheet is the PTFE resin pressed by mold under the normal temperature.
PTFE Skived sheet is skived by machines.
The PTFE products have the widely application with the great ability: Anti temperature( - 180--260°C), anti corrosive, weather resistant, High insulation, high lubrication, Non-stick, and non-toxic. Because of these ability, PTFE is the best anti corrosive plastic products.
The PTFE plastic help us to resolve many problems in chemical industrial, Petro industrial, food industrial and
some other application.
Application:
Now days, kinds of PTFE products have the most important application among chemical, mechanical, electronic, military,
environmental protection, and bridge.
PTFE sheet can used under the temperature of -180--+260°C. Main application of our PTFE sheet is as following: insulation products in electronic, the lining for corrosive liquid, supporting block,
sealing products and lubrication, the lining for the big size tubes, mechanical and some other application.
Advantages of the PTFE sheet:
- Anti temperature: working temperature can match to +250°C
- Anti low temperature: can used in the temperature of -160 °C
- Anti corrosive: the PH is for 0-14.

(1) The color is natural white.
(2) The thickness of the sheet should flat even, non scratch, non bubble, non lamination.
