MARKET SEGMENT
Industrial Noise Control/ Power Generation
The need of noise control and acoustic attenuators and equipment is to protect the workers from noise induced hearing loss and to protect the community from the noisy environment impact from the operation of the manufacturing plan, and also to comply with the guidelines stated by the Department of Environmental (DOE) and Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).
Recording/ Entertainment
Acquiring the need of ‘very quiet’ environment for the purpose of getting the best recording or broadcasting effects is essentially required a ‘very quiet’ room to contain/ isolate the room from outside interference. Annoyance from poor sound proofing to the intrusion of the noises and the poor internal acoustic paneling and sound diffusion will lead to a very poor recording effects.
A proper acoustically design recording/ entertainment room is recommended especially to people who want a time-saving, efficiently recording product. Noises from own vicinity can also be also isolated with appropriate design within the working space, to protect the surrounding community from noise generated within the premises.

The decision of using the propriety acoustic/ noise control attenuator (e.g. Acoustics doors, acoustics windows, silencers, fire rated sound proof door etc) during the design stage is essential.
PRODUCT RANGE
Fabric Wrapped Panels
Classified as a broadband sound absorber, the fabrication of the panel will consist of wood perimeter frame which will then wrapped with a layer of acoustically transparent fabric and backing will be covered with a layer of non-woven fabric to retain the position of the acoustic infilled material such as glass fibre, rockwool or eNP resinated felt. These panels are normally installed at higher location for better control over the maintenance and possible knocking/ scratching to the panel.
Timber Panel
Timber acoustic panel are normally installed at lower level for two main reasons; bass absorber and easy maintenance. The construction of the timber panel will consist of slot, strip of perforated type to increase the efficiency of the absorbing ability. It can be installed with or without the need of insulation material at the back of the panel depending on the requirement and application.
Sound Absorptive Panels
For better sound quality and improve the echo property, this can solve by fixing it to walls or suspended from ceilings as baffles to prevent the build-up of noise and reverberation in buildings such as bottling plants.
