KZL series high speed granulator has been used successfully for many years in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.
The rotary screening machine with suitably designed screen inserts offer optimal
homogenization of build free flowing materials. Agglomerates of friable products are broken by the stationary breaker insert (stator) and carefully sieved through a specifically
perforated screen (rotor) by means of the centrifugal force.
Special friction screen inserts mill and sieve hard products simultaneously grinding
oversized agglomerates.
If this equipment is used together with and granulator the uniformity of granules will be
greatly improved.

1. All parts in this machine are made of stainless steel. It’s inside surface is polished.
