NBSC silicon nitride brick for furnace
The producing peocess of refractory silicon carbide bricks
1) Silicon carbide refractory brick is made of sic raw material, mixed with SiO2 and C.
2) With all the material contact fully, the brick will be pressed under friction press, vibration molding, casting according to its shape.
3) After the billet making, it should be dried under room temperature for 2-3 days.
4)Then it will be sinstered in the high temperature furnace, pass through temperature rise period, temperature constant and temperature cooling period.
5) After sinstered, high quality bricks will be selected.
6) Seaworthy packing and timely delivery are supplied.
With different binding agents, they are devided into several types-for.

1) Clay bonded silicon carbide refractory brick,
It has good oxide resistance, high thermal conductivity. Widely used in high temperature industry as refractory muffle board in industry kiln furnace, plate, sagger etc.

2) Oxide silicon carbide refractory brick, high temperature resistance, high thermal conductivity, good breaking strength, used in ceramic industry.

3) Nitride bonded silicon carbide refractory brick, high strength under 1500 degree or more. Good wear resisting and good erosion resistance, good solution erosion resistance.
It is a kind of improvemental refractory products. Widely used in steel industry, smelting, metallurgy, aviation industry. Can be used as lining of blast furnace, lining of EAF(Electric arc furnace) or electric cells.
