Silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide products are chosen because of superior wear resistance, high strength, and the ability to handle elevated temperatures (to 1750 degrees C).
NBSC refractory is also resistant to attack by many chemicals and is not wet by most molten metals. In addition NBSC does not react with molten metals or their oxides.

Complex shapes can be cast and fired to fine tolerances. The current product range includes riser tubes, thermocouple tubes, heater sheaths, hydrocyclone liners, impeller and pump casing assemblies, pipeliners, and burner nozzles.
Manufacture process of NBSC Refractory silicon nitride tubes :
a.) Choose metal silicon as raw material, add additives, then mix.
b.) Put the mixture into the mold, then make embryoid by machine pressing.
c.) Be reaction sintered by nitrogen protection in electric furnace.
Packing details of NBSC Refractory silicon nitride tubes
a.) The finished silicon refractory bricks are packed in wooden cases, and the wooden cases are tied up by 6 steel belts, then the wooden cases are put on fumigation wooden pallet.
b.) We also pack products as custom request.
