Typically we offer a guarantee of 40 days life in service for a riser tube in a low pressure aluminum die casting application, depending on the design. Our experience has shown that the design of the riser tube has an effect on the operational life. Complex shapes can be cast and fired to fine tolerances. The current product range includes riser tubes, thermocouple tubes, heater sheaths, hydrocyclone liners, impeller and pump casing assemblies, pipeliners, and burner nozzles.
Manufacture process of NBSC Refractory silicon nitride tubes :
a.) Choose metal silicon as raw material, add additives, then mix.
b.) Put the mixture into the mold, then make embryoid by machine pressing.
c.) Be reaction sintered by nitrogen protection in electric furnace.
Packing details of NBSC Refractory silicon nitride tubes
a.) The finished silicon refractory bricks are packed in wooden cases, and the wooden cases are tied up by 6 steel belts, then the wooden cases are put on fumigation wooden pallet.
b.) We also pack products as custom request.
