Requirements of the Coal
- Igniting Oil: 0# Diesel Oil
- Requirements of the Coal: Bituminous Coal
(1) Calorific Power > 25KJ
(2) Volatile Content ≥25%
(3) Ash Content 8-10%
(4) Moisture 3-4%
(5) Sulfur Content ≤1%
(6) Granularity ≤20mm
The size of raw coal is under 20mm, then crushed by coal pulverized, and sprayed into the combustor by the metal hose, lighted by the diesel of oil gun atomizing. At the same time, the fun pass through host rear cover annular rotating duct to blast into combustor, the wind rotated close to the inside wall to forward, suction high temperature smoke airflow to mix coal powder strongly, and then burning. the high temperature flame flow spray into the drying drum to heating the sand and aggregated rock.
