Hydrotalcite (Layered Double Hydrotalcides, LDHs) is a kind of layer structure of the anion layer function inorganic material, have adjustable become chemical composition and unique structure and properties.
The typical aluminum and magnesium water talc for patent: [Mg6Al2 (OH) and CO3] "4 H2O.
Hydrotalcite has set fire retardant agents, insulation agent, stabilizer and colorant and smooth agent, anti-aging agents, uv agent, and many other functions in one of filling and improvement of raw materials.
ADVANTAGES
Usage characteristics:
1. Non-toxic, non-smell does not contain metal ingredient like cadmium mercury chromium tin stibium, pass through SGS examination;
2. With PVC compatibility, easy to disperse, in the processing there is not separating out;
3. Provide the outstanding anti- ultraviolet ray performance and climatization;
4. With contains the lead or contains the sulfur matter and have no curing pollution;
5. Has the coordination effect with the epoxy compounds;
6. Generally uses with the antioxidant/beta-two alkone/zinc salts.
Usage: Use for compound the PVC stabilizer, is suitable for various kinds of soft and rigid PVC products.
1. Uses in the stabilizer, may obviously enhance its withstanding temperature;
2. May enhance the processing temperature in the PVC molding process;
3. In PE, PP, EVA may take the role of insulation;
4. Anti- smoke in the plastic;
5. Anti- acid feature in each kind of material;
6. Using it in the urethane elastic fibre could reduce the harmness from the chlorine to the urethane elastic fiber;
7. Enhancement of heat preservation in the agricultural membrane.
