Introduction
1. This is a continuous flow, air suspension, fluidized bed dryer or oven. The raw product is first fed into a horizontal rotating perforated metal cylinder. A blower forces heated air up through the perforations in the cylinder with sufficient pressure to fluidize the product flow. The high velocity of the air agitates the product and provides for very rapid and uniform heat transfer to the product.
2.The temperature of running can get 350°C. When running, screw drive material overturn and transmit through screw drive, to dry material average and efficient.
Application
Popcorn, corn flakes, starch pellets, extruded snacks, vegetables and grains. In addition to roasting nuts and coffee beans orpastrurizing ingredients.
