I.Brief introduction :
1092mm toilet can use waste paper ,virgin pulp as material to make tissue paper ,finished product can be small tissue roll ,napkin tissue ,facial tissue ,capacity is 2-3 ton per day ;

1.cylinder section:
1250mm×1450×1800mm stainless steel cylinder mould 1set, qty of frame of cylinder mould is
9pcs ,material of cylinder mould stick is stainless steel 304,diameter of cylinder mould stick is
10mm ,one set Pulp-spraying Pressure former,speed regulation holy roll make the finished paper
with good evenness. consistency is about 0.1-0.15%,mesh count(90-100)more than 2layers .which
the pulp go on the mesh ,it will not throw pulp and not leave any trace during the production,the
finished paper can have good tension ,strength and evenness in vertical and horizontal.
2.couch roll section:
Size of couch roll is380mm×1450×1800mm,material of roll body is seamless steel pipe.
Thickness is 14mm . roll surface is coated by rubber ,rubber thickness is 25mm .rubber ,rubber
hardness HSD 38°C±2,equipped with bearing(113518).
3.frame:
Frame of cylinder section is welded with shaped steel.thickness is 10mm.
4.washing device of cylinder section:
Pulp-spraying Pressure former adapt water pressing type.spray pipe DG32 stainless steel .ceramics hard wearing nozzle .
5.felt washing section:
High pressure cleaning device 2 sets,spray pipe washer adapt water pressing type . spray pipe DG32 stainless steel .ceramics hard wearing nozzle .
6.vacuum suction box :
2set in all . 2sets(300mm).box body is welded with steel plate ,board surface material is supra
polymer polythene .width is 300mm,thickness is 25mm;
7.body frame:
body frame is iron casting .material is HT200.upright post(400mm).the height of dryer crossbeam
is 400mm.
8.dryer cylinder :
Dryer cylinder ( 2000 × 1450 × 1800)bearing type dryer cylinder. equipped with bearing (3113156),no patch on the surface of dryer cylinder ,shore hardness of dryer can is more than 210°.
9.scraper of dryer cylinder:
Scraper of dryer cylinder is pneumatic, include air control chest, air cylinder.
10.touch roll:
Touch roll ( 400 × 1450 × 1800),roll body(iron casting)surface rubber coating thickness is 25mm,shore hardness is 93°, pneumatic pressurizing ,include tyre, aircontrol chest but not contains air pump. equipped with 113632bearing.fluted rolls.
11. sink roll:
195×1450×1800mm seamless steel pipe(skin thickness of the steel pipe is 12mm)surface chrome plate. Equipped with bearing(3612).
12. spreader roll:
159×1450×1800,rubber coating of the surface ,rubber coating thickness is 15mm,shore hardness 93±2°C,equipped with bearing 3612.
13. exhaust hood of dryer cylinder:
Exhaust hood of the dryer can is type of respiration. include blowing fan,draft fan,radiator.
14. This machine is equipped with electromotion blanket tightening implement. pneumatic adjusting blanket implement.
15. Winding part:
sweat cylinder 600×1450×1800, equipped with bearing(113520 ) ,thickness is 14mm, the frame of sweat cylinder is box shaped, welded with steel plate, paper strength roll shaped arch with 73mm, covered by cauterize. Soft pressure roll 160×1450×1800mm, made by seamless steel pipe ,covered with rubber 20mm, the hardness of rubber is HSD 35°, bearing equipped with 3612.Winding roll 50mm ,it is equipped with seamless steel pipe.
