The waste tyre recycling production line consists of tire circle cutter, tire strip cutter, steel wire separator (working alone), tire slice cutter, a complete set of crushing equipment ( host machine, conveyor belt connected with feeder machine, main vibrating screen, vice vibrating screen, winnowing machine). The above is according to the processing sequence.
Introduction of the main equipment of waste tyre recycling production line :
1. Circle cutting machine
Put the tires (both nylon tires and steel wire tires are OK) with diameter between 650-1250mm flat on the machine, lock the tire inside, press the switch. Then the tire is seperated into tow parts, lateral tire and top tire. It takes about 3 minutes.

2. Tire strip Cutter
It makes the lateral tire and top tire into rubber strips with width between 3 and 5 cm and tire circle mouth.

3. Tire slice cutter
It makes the tire strips into blocks with 3*5*8 cm rough size.
4. Steel wire separator
It separates the steel wire and rubber from the tire circle mouth.

5. A complete set of waste tyre recycling production line
It consists of host machine ( rubber powder machine ), main vibrating screen, vice vibrating screen, main conveyor belt, magnetic separators ( two sets ) and winnowing machine.

Example: 26 mesh rubber powder, the daily output (24 hours) of the rubber crusher is as follows (the powder size is larger, and the output is more):
XKP350: 3 tons XKP400: 6 tons XKP450: 8 tons XKP560: 10 tons XKP560D: 20 tons
If you need purer rubber powder, the winnowing equipment is needed, which is connected with the above equipment and helps remove the nylon and fiber in the rubber powder.
