Using scope :
1.Producing granule fuel, ball type organic fertilizer, biomass organic fertilizer of even and slippery granule with higher density and good fluidness;
2.Widely used in granule forming of breeding plant, feeding stuff plant and many industry such as brewage, refine sugar, paper making, medicine, tobacco, etc. and it is the idea equipments of biomass organic fertilizer producing enterprise ,The compressed straw piece is suitable to be used as fuels and feedstuff of animals, such as horse, sheep, deer, pig, chicken, etc. Such machines are suitable for large farms, and organic herbal medicine and chemical industry etc.
Raw material:
The raw material of could be straw, wood-dust, bamboo powder, cotton wood, peanuts shell, clover, etc, can mix with all kinds of powder materials.
the requirement of the raw material :
Directly before the pellet press, a product with a granular size of approx. 3mm and a residual moisture content of approx. 15 % is required. The machine adopts speed-adjust feeder to control the feeding capacity, and use big diameter modulator to make materials fully cured, and make the pellet smoother. The formation rate reaches 98% . The final size of the product is between 3--8mm. The capacity is between 0.2-2t/h.
process:
The mainly processes are :crushing (if the raw material is not already granulated), material sifter, drying: (if the raw material contains too much moisture), Pelletizing, cooling , and packing: The whole process is highly automatically controlled.
