Brass is the metal of choice for making most of our decorative jewelry, most of the items we sell are made from the highest quality imported German brass, all are soldered with silver solder and the joint are silver.
Raw Brass is great because it s inexpensive and it is not a precious metal so the cost of each pieces can be kept down. In addition it is quite malleable and takes well to intricate designs. it can be used raw in several ways, leave it natural, it will darken over time but can always be re-polished. Use a patina. patinas are liquids that you brush on or soak your items in.
A jewelry made in brass looks nice enough to use raw but many types of finishes are also available, currently we make silver plate and gold plate finish to the brass. learn more about Plating
