The ultrasonic hot fix machine can quickly smelt the plastic with ultrasonic to imbed the rhinestone on the plastic product without glue. Since the hole of the rhinestone completely covers the edge of rhinestone, it features very solid structure, and the time for imbedding every rhinestone is 0.1-0.15s.
The working frequency of hotfix machine is higher than common hotfix rhinestone machine, and is suitable for imbedding sharp-bottom rhinestone, glue-free flat bottom glass rhinestone, acrylic rhinestone, steel beads and so on.
Applicable for: boutique/ ornaments factory, toy factory and so on.
