1. Overview

This pump is excellent in transporting water with solid-particles and long fiber contained
2)This pump has introduced special impeller structure and mechanical seals, to make it more efficient in discharging solid particles and long fiber contained water. Compared with traditional impeller, the new impeller, with spiral-flow type or double-leaf type that has an excellent delivery capacity, together with suitable volute, can improve the performance of the pump, running smoothly without any vibration.
2. Application
This series pump is mainly used for municipal engineering, building construction, environmental protection industrial sewage treatment, sewage treatment of factories and mines and so on, the carriage with solid and long fibers of sewage, wastewater, storm water.
3. Features:
1) With compact conformation, smaller size, less noise, energy saving, easy to maintain and installation, it can start to work after submerge in water, which can cut great cost.
2) It can be modified to add precise anti-jamming leakage detection sensor in airproof grease chamber, and bury heat sensor in stator winding, to protect the pump motor automatically.
3) It can adopt double-way and automatic coupling installation device which makes the installation, maintenance of the unit convenient and quick.
4) The pump with outdoor sex motor, is not required to build pump room, can be directly mounted and outdoor use save money.
5) Compared with the traditional impeller, this impeller use single channel, or dual channel format, similar to a section of the same size as the elbow, with very good over-current resistance. Together with the reasonable cochlear chamber and impeller static balance test , make the pump highly efficient, stable and reliable.
