First of all, our company invested RMB120 million and RMB50 million respectively in introducing domestic advanced high frequency welding square and rectangle pipe production line and straight seam submerged arc welding pipe production line.
Secondly, the forming method of square and rectangle pipes is ERW, using high quality rolled plate and the reinspection is not qualified after slitting or coil automatic forming and welding, computer control the best amalgamation in temperature at the same time, the tube inside and outside burr, nondestructive testing qualified. Our products are widely used in construction steel structure, large stadium, lifting equipment, shipbuilding and other fields. Our annual production is 300,000 tons. Product specifications range from 250 x 250 to 500 x 500mm, and rectangular tube specification is up to 600mm, with the thickness of 8.0 ~20.0mm. The material quality is Q235, Q345, 20#, L245. The standards are GB/T6725-2002 and GB/T6728-2002. The forming way of straight seam submerged arc welding pipes is JCOE. Our products are used in urban building structures, bridges, DAMS, onshore and offshore oil and gas, coal slurry, slurry medium such as transport and offshore platform, power station and chemical industry. The annual production is 100,000 tons, with specifications of 351mm-1,220mm, wall thickness of 7mm to 40mm, and length of 6-12.8m. The standards are GB/T3091-2008, GB/T9711.1-1997, and API5L.
Thirdly, we have our own patents and utility patents, namely, feed roller device of a welder, a multiply caliber roundness correction unit, a submerged arc welding pipe butt joint device, a high-frequency welder squeeze roller adjusting drive set, a milling machine automatic pin, a production line of cold-formed steel shearing butt centering device.
