At the initial stage of installation of the hydraulic coupling, oil leakage may be caused by (1) knocking during the installation process damaged the aluminum shell - deformation, affecting the oil seal, and most of the oil leakage phenomena are obvious and serious; (2) The rotating part of shaft seal is rusted, resulting in seal failure; (3) Oil leakage (oil mist) on the joint surface of the coupling assembly may be caused by insufficient pre tightening force of the bolts of the coupling, or too little sealant, damage and failure of the O-ring.
