Please advise if we are able to overprice as some commission will be for the government.We also know very well that recent past records seems not so easy to provide. However so, we also have a lot of enquiries that is successful at the start point but ended with seller promise in the beginning that cannot be fulfilled finally. To prevent previous failure when we have our genuine and real buyer, we have to or must have the past records to ensure the transaction will carry to the end successfully closing the business. We are also aware of the circumstances that the past records might reveal some secret and that we can accept sanitised past records.
