This design incorporates unique tube geometry to absorb internal differential thermal expansions.
The unique development is designed to heat very low temperature air quickly and evenly. A purged first row of finned tube avoids the freezing associated with the binding of non-condensable gases at very low temperature.
Tube-within-a-tube design allows steam to be distributed evenly to the outer condensing tube. The entering steam more effectively heats the exiting condensate.

Each finned tube coil of a steam heater is also individually removable from the frame (either from the connection end or the opposite end) for maintenance, repair, or replacement.
