We will procure TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED METRIC TONS (12, 500 MT) agricultural grade Urea Fertilizer, minimum 46% Nitrogen content, prilled or granulated, CIF BREDCO Port, Bacolod City, Philippines.

We have a stand-by Letter of Credit to cover the purchase.

Once this transaction is successfully and satisfactorily consummated, we intend to purchase a much greater volume not only of Urea but of other farm inputs for our members thrice or four times a year.
