Size up to 2x3 metres and weight 350-2500 Kg
Items are repeat in volumes from 15 -250 per part per annum
Facilities must include:
Machining
Flame cutting
Welding of structural steels
Shot blasting
Painting of marine standard paints/coatings

2. Machined alloy steel forgings
Size examples 35x45cm, 13x76cm, 8x70cm
Items repeat in volumes from 80-400 per part per annum
Weights 95-183Kg
Material specifications are for pressure containing components and traceability is critical.
